Tiffany Alvord Instagram – Sometimes you gotta view life through a different lens 👀 // 💭 Whenever life feels less than ideal, I like to take my situation and view it from an acting exercise of what would my life look like “if”. And then adjust my perspective of life as if that “IS” my reality. For example what would life look like if I was never able to speak.. or if I was born mute.. how does it make me listen better how can I be a more active listener in life in general. Makes me more fully experience a different point of view even if it’s just temporary. Anyways, lots of room for thoughts the past few days when there’s less noise from my own talking 😅
