Bas | Enough when it comes to your emotional health as priority, seek help. Don’t become a still deep polluted lake, be river of your emotions or you shall become Bis inside. And once you are Bis, poisonous, you endanger your self and everything around you every thing you build.
The cost of becoming Bis is enormous and no matter what you cannot afford that & you should not afford that.
Take care of your emotional & mental beings.
