Caption : This one hurts. 💔 He had the biggest heart of anyone in Hollywood. He gave the biggest hugs. I am gutted that I will never be able to hug him again. Bob ended every text, every interaction with “Love you.” Didn’t matter how long or short we’d been apart. He loved so deeply and so fiercely. And he never hesitated to tell you just how much you meant to him. This is the greatest lesson I learned from Bob Saget – don’t hesitate to tell people you love them. I feel at peace knowing that Bob knew exactly how much I adore him. 💫 Rest well, my dear friend. I have no doubt you are making everyone in Heaven laugh until their cheeks hurt, just as you did here on Earth. ❤️Likes : 631680

Caption : “Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. And now we grieve as a family. Bob made us laugh until we cried. Now our tears flow in sadness, but also with gratitude for all the beautiful memories of our sweet, kind, hilarious, cherished Bob. He was a brother to us guys, a father to us girls and a friend to all of us. Bob, we love you dearly. We ask in Bob’s honor, hug the people you love. No one gave better hugs than Bob.” ~ John, Dave, Candace, Jodie, Lori, Andrea, Scott, Jeff, Ashley and Mary-KateLikes : 268921

Caption : Today I turn 45. 🥳 Every year my mom takes a picture of me wearing the “birthday crown,” which is the same crown she wore the night she was crowned Prom Queen in high school – also coincidentally, the same night my dad proposed to her 60 years ago! 💍 This is my first birthday without her. Today I’m filled with gratitude for her, this tradition she started 45 years ago, and all of these priceless pictures. What a gift! The last thing she gave me was this crown. I promised her I would solder the parts that have come loose and keep it safe forever. 💞👑 Thanks, Mom. I miss you. 💫Likes : 228108

I guess I’ve been holding my breath all day, just wanting to make sure the rest of my loved ones made it through the damn day in one piece. It doesn’t really get easier. You just get more used to having a hole in your heart. I love you. I miss you. I wish I could hug you just one more time. 🤍🕊️Likes : 190660

Caption : My beautiful mother, Sherry Barber, passed away a few days ago after almost four years of battling Pulmonary Fibrosis. She was surrounded by my dad, my brothers, and me. I held her hand as she took her last breaths. It was heartbreaking and beautiful all at the same time. Many of you met her in the audience of Fuller House tapings. She had the loudest and most distinctive laugh. Every once in a while I would break character because I couldn’t help but smile when I heard it. I’m still trying to make sense of how to live in a world without my mom. I find myself instinctively reaching for my phone to text her a picture or write her an email to describe a funny grandkid anecdote. That was our greatest connection – through words and writing. And *nothing* could take that away – not a pandemic, not distance, not an illness. I still write to her almost every day, and I know she is reading, up there somewhere. But it is gutting to no longer see a response in my inbox. She was my greatest comfort in life – from the time I was a little girl waking her up in the night because I had a stomach ache, to when I was an overwhelmed new mom with a colicky newborn, to the times when I sank into my deepest depressions. She was always there to hold me. There is no other person, medicine, or tonic that even comes close to the comfort and peace my mom gave me. I’m not quite sure how to get through the loss of her without…her. I’m trying to find my way. She was simply luminous. She brightened the world around her with her love, her laughter, her wit, her smile, and her care for others. I miss her so much. So, so very much. ❤️Likes : 138766

Caption : I’ve been struggling all day to find the words to describe what I’m feeling. There has been unfathomable, devastating tragedy in Los Angeles this week. Today, January 9, I’m reminded more than ever how loss and grief can permeate through seemingly indestructible walls. Today is the 3rd anniversary of Bob’s death. Today is also the 4th anniversary of my mom’s death. I’ve been deep in emotions today. Grief never gets easier. It just gets more familiar. But there is one thing that is indestructible: love. A friend said, “Love is fireproof.” There is not a single tragedy, disaster, or loss that can take away the love. Share the pictures. Talk about the memories. Keep that love flowing through your veins, into your heart, and out through your tear ducts. Feel it. Honor it. Grief is just love with nowhere to go. So pour it into others. I miss them so much. Today and every day. But especially today. Please be safe. And be kind to one another. ❤️Likes : 119788

Caption : When I was a little girl in the early 80s, my older brothers loved watching The Incredible Hulk. I, on the other hand, would bolt out of the room screaming, convinced the big mad green guy was coming after me. My brothers, of course, made it worse—“He’s gonna catch you!!” 🧟♂️ At seven years old (while playing Carrie Brady on Days of Our Lives), I met Lou Ferrigno at a network party. My parents wisely didn’t mention he was the Hulk until afterward—otherwise, I would’ve run away instead of posing for a photo. Who would’ve thought that 42 years later, I would meet Lou again at the Smoky Mountain Fan Fest! He’s genuinely the sweetest, most down-to-earth guy. I sent the new photo to my brothers right away, and their response? “Guess you didn’t run fast enough. He finally caught you!” 💚Likes : 83691

I love that @CVSPharmacy has everything I need to instill confidence in each member of our family, particularly with two teenagers now at home for the forseeable future. Self-care and wellness are SO important these days; we can’t forget to take care of our bodies as well as our brains, which is something I constantly try to remind my kids as they grow older. CVS has all of the traditional school supplies we need and, even more importantly, items that are vital for our holistic health like vitamins, germ kits, and even personal hygeine items like body wash and deodorant that help us feel healthy, clean, and put together even when we’re doing school in our sweatpants some days! Caption : Every year it seems I write about grief on January 9th. It feels like I’m slowly losing the most important people in my life – an inevitable part of aging, I suppose. Today marks five years since I lost my mom, and four since we lost Bob. Last year I lost my soul dog, Holly, which only deepens the grief I already feel. The sharpness of grief does soften with time. I don’t feel suffocated by it the way I once did. But it never leaves. It’s woven into me now, a part of my DNA, a part of who I am, even on the days when it doesn’t announce itself loudly. And then there are anniversaries like today, when the scab lifts for a moment and reflection rushes in. I can’t believe it’s been five years since I last spoke with my mom. I find myself mentally cataloging everything that’s happened since she left, and I’m often stunned by how much life I’ve lived without her. I’m still comforted by her signs. The day I said goodbye to Holly, I sat in the sunshine with her asleep in my lap during the final hour of her life. And then, as if on cue, a hummingbird flew in and hovered directly in front of my face for what felt like thirty seconds before flying off. It was Mom. She showed up exactly when I needed her most. These signs are a healing balm for my tender soul. It’s strange to live in a world where Bob’s voice exists only in memory. I never imagined him being this quiet, even in death. I hope he knows how often we talk about him here. How deeply he is loved. Every single day. One of the unexpected gifts of doing a Full House rewatch podcast has been rediscovering Bob’s brilliance. It’s the micro-moments: the glint in his eye as he tries to avoid breaking in front of Dave, the lines that I just know he ad-libbed. The Danny Tanner heart scenes that still bring a tear to my eye. What a gift it’s been to watch him shine nearly four decades later. I don’t know why the best ones leave us so early. Maybe they were simply too good for this world. Maybe they’re needed elsewhere to keep spreading their love and joy. Grief is the price of deep love. And I carry it every day with gratitude for the ones I miss. 🤍🕊️Likes : 77668
