I have realized as we get older the most important thing is your overall fitness rather than being the strongest or the fastest. I use a combination of weights for strength, boxing for cardio and hiking for functional mobility and mental relaxation. The fight goes on forever… 👊🏻

Caption : Nothing like a morning workout. Pre-breakfast to get you energized for the day ahead. I’ve changed my routine- now I do upper strength once, lower strength once, rehab once, cardio once a week plus one or two Pilates sessions. Sometimes I’ll combine some of these workouts to save time. Pilates really gets my core, balance and flexibility going. 👊🌴
