Also the doctors and nurses not only doing their medical due diligence, but lending an ear, lending a voice, lending a smile to all those that cannot see or touch their families. Many will argue that this time has torn us apart, but the way I see it, we have gotten closer. We are waking up to love, and realizing that a simple hug, a warm gesture, a walk in the park are moments that are all too precious. I used to think that my own struggles of fear had gotten in the way of my inner freedom. But I realized that whether I get over them, transcend them, or ignore them- it doesn’t matter. So I’ve decided to let them be. My ability to spread love, my ability to spread joy, has nothing to do with *if and *when; because I choose now, now to bring everyone around me happiness, and love, and laughter, I choose now- to help better humanity- and trust that all the other little things will be fine. Caption : Good morning:) as we start this week, I wanted to remind you, that though we have both darkness and light within us, we often spend all our energy on thinking about, trying to fix, and getting rid of the darkness. This puts a lot of attention on the darkness itself. Instead, what may be of comfort – is to turn your attention toward the light within you. Focus on your light, use it to brighten the people around you, a smile, a loving gesture, kindness to a stranger- kindness to yourself. Soon, if you spend all of your time with your light, the darkness too, will want to come out and play, and you won’t be so scared of it any more. You have an infinite source of light within you, it is brighter than you could ever imagine, all you have to do is look for it, it is right there. The time has come to let it shine:)
