Adam Ondra Instagram – Often climbers think that a long endurance route where you can rest and review the steps beforehand is best for OS. 🤔 I don’t entirely agree. When climbing an OS attempt, you should try to climb as fast and as decisively as if you had trained the route perfectly 👊 That means you should try to decide immediately on the way to climb through a difficult spot and trust that you have found the right way. It’s risky but it’s the only way to get the best result ❗️At the same time, try to preview the route in the best possible manner, watching which holds are white from magnesium and which footholds are blackened by climbing shoes 🤜🤛
