Well…there was a LOT of ups and downs in the lead up to the big run; the main one being my knobbly knees being unable to carry me beyond a half marathon for most of training. However, the support from all of you – from comments, to messages, to donations; got me over that finish line. Thank you to everyone who supported, it was a truly magical day…. A huge shout out to not only the other runners out doing their bit for the third part sector with some truly inspiring charities, but also to the people who came in their droves to support on the day – what an incredible show of solidarity, community and humanity. @londonmarathon What. A. Day. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you @centrepointuk for allowing me the opportunity to give back, fly your flag and support your work in helping the young people across the UK facing the prospect of homelessness. Your work is utterly inspiring and I am humbled to be even a small part of it. Love to every one of you!
