Benny Blanco Instagram – when i was 13 my friend got a george forman grill… somehow when u r a teenager 35 people can smoke one joint and still all get high… we would gather round the grill and make these huge paninis… i remember cutting one in half right before hand feeding it to a friend… he took a bite and his eyes lit up followed by an uncontrollable “mmmmmmmm”… and in that very moment i knew cooking for people and giving them an unforgettable experience was something i wanted to replicate over and over again… if u told me 23 years later after releasing my first cookbook that i would make THE NYTIMES BEST SELLER LIST… i’d look at u like u had six heads… i’m constantly pinching myself and holding back tears on a daily basis… i’ve gotten to do a lot of amazing things in my life and i don’t take it for granted… don’t let anyone say “u can’t do this” or “stay in ur lane”… i urge u to challenge urself and try any and everything u want… u owe it to urself… u owe it to ur inner child… fuck now i’m crying… anyways this book would never b possible without this long list of people that helped make my dreams come true… thank u i love u…
