Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle @saomiami, the county’s top cop for 31 years, has had ample opportunities to charge Ortiz over his 20 year career, but has done nothing, even when he’s caught on video committing alleged batteries, false arrests and lying in police reports to cover it up.
