Christopher French Instagram – Next in My Favorites: the incomparable @sequential_llc Prophet 6. This was the first synthesizer that truly spoke directly to me as an artist. From the first time I messed around with it at @perfect_circuit (and lost like hours which felt like minutes) I knew this one was my board. Hard to explain but it’s just so easy and natural and versatile! I’ve honestly had a harder time getting a *bad* sound out of it than good ones. This is the only keyboard I’ve ever been able to score an entire movie with, and not have it sound repetitive or boring 🖤 Dave Smith you were a true genius, and a personal hero.
