Thanks @headspace for providing this super encouraging atmosphere to shove me out of my comfort zone and say out loud that I have issues with anger. This was such a powerful and transformative experience and I hope others can relate. Check it out on their app today!!
I especially want to mention that I’ve recently become much more aware of how I’ve had the privilege of more freely expressing my anger in social settings, just by being a white cis-gender man. For many people just “being angry” isn’t so easy. We need to address our issues around anger as a culture, at this point I think that is glaringly obvious.
