I had never been this lean before. Also never this tan (it’s fake).
I don’t know that I’ll ever be this lean again or that I even want to be but now I know I can do it. And do it in a healthy way so that’s a big something. Thanks to @macrofactorapp for the nutrition help, not an ad it just has been essential to getting me on track.
I definitely won’t be spray tanning anytime soon if I can help it.
I’ve put some weight back on and it feels good, maybe even better but it’s also a bit of a head trip, funny how that all works.
