Dallas Goldtooth Instagram – 39 years ago today, the Philadelphia police department dropped a C-4 bomb (from a helicopter) on a residential home of the MOVE organization- Black families & community organizers – killing 11 people (including 5 children) and destroying over 60 homes in the neighborhood. The city didn’t apologize until 2020 – and even then the UPenn Museum still had the remains of two children in their possession w/o the family’s knowledge. They were keeping them in a shoebox.
Again…Police dropped A BOMB from a helicopter on a residential home in Philly as a part of an eviction order.
