The case of Missy Bevers is more high-profile than we usually cover, but the anniversary of her murder has just recently passed, and we wanted to keep it in the news as we absolutely believe it can someday be solved.
In the early morning hours of April 18, 2016, Missy Bevers, a 45-year-old beloved mom, wife, fitness instructor, and so much more, was murdered inside Creekside Church of Christ in Midlothian, Texas. When police checked the surveillance footage, they learned that Missy had been viciously attacked by someone wearing tactical gear, and carrying a hammer. Despite the killer being captured on camera, no suspects have ever been identified. It’s been just over eight years since Missy was killed, and investigators are still searching for the person responsible…
