Yours truly took the guests through a special tasting of the Glenfiddich 29yo (GRAND YOZAKURA) limited edition.
Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura is a 29-year-old single malt Scotch whisky that’s part of the Grand Series Limited Edition. The name translates to “cherry blossom viewing at night” in Japanese.

Aged for 29 years in American and European oak casks at the Glenfiddich Distillery, then finished for six months in rare Awamori rice spirit casks from Okinawa, (Our distillery’s very first scotch finished in ex Japanese Awamori casks). It has notes of toasted oak, creamy vanilla toffee, silky tannin, zingy herbal notes, ripe fruit, caramelized almond, spice, and sherbet.
