Thank you for being here! Thank you for showing up and supporting this winding artistic journey. I have no idea where it’s headed and I’m down with that. I’m just in love with creating, it’s a lifelong affair, and I love that so many of you, creators yourselves in your own way, are reflecting that passion back to me from the trenches, from the thick of it. Here we are folks. Making the choice to be expansive, inclusive, to recognize ourselves in each other and risk our necks for what we know is real. To meet our calling. To serve this big beautiful thing called Love that connects us all. What other choice is there?
I think art is where love and faith collide. Love enough to wring our hearts of our secret truths, and faith enough to believe there are those out there who will resonate. And when that happens both are seen, and in being seen begin to heal. We will not lose each other in the digital fog, as long as we keep revealing the beacon of our love. We are more a tribe than we can ever conceive.
It’s an exciting time, my first record out in a week, a movie airing at Christmas and a couple more next year, with more exciting projects in the wings, film festivals, directing, poetry, more visual art. I’m grateful for it all, and I’m grateful for you. And it’s with that gratitude that I’ll keep going. I hope this inspires you to keep going too. Blast that heart onto the unsuspecting world and see what happens. 🔆
