Remember, pain is not necessarily an indication that something is wrong. In fact, it is very possible, if not likely, that that pain is exactly the indication that it is something necessary, something valuable, something important that you are facing and that you must go through. You see, difficulty is often the indicator of value. Nothing good ever came easy, as they say, and that is true.
So, instead of running from the fear, instead of hiding the unwanted things in the fog, hoping that they will go away, instead turn and face them. Face them, face that difficulty, face that pain, face that fear.
Embrace courage, embrace pain, reject the fear. Because the best you is likely, very, very likely, on the other side. Through that pain.
