It’s mental health awareness month, so no better time to sit down with my old school chum @dont.let.dave.win – a great podcast run by Abbie focused on not letting negative thoughts take over.
It’s helped me enormously to treat the inner voice (Keith!) as if they were a younger version of myself who’s trying their best to look out for me -even if they don’t always know best.
