John Heilemann Instagram – Two-plus years ago I met this young fella when his tour de force @justforusshow was still a floppy-eared pup at the @cherrylanetheatre in NYC. Two-plus years later — after seeing the show a dozen times in ever-larger theaters all the way through its sold-out Broadway run — I came to LA to see @alexedelman turn in his last-ever live performance of it. Why? Because #justforus is a heart-rending, spirit-lifting, mind-enhancing, soul-expanding (and career-defining) work of staggering genius … which, if you weren’t lucky enough to see it irl (and even/especially if you were) is coming to @hbo @hbomaxes this Saturday at 10pm!!!
