I love to see you grow another year older, because it’s another year I’ve spent by your side. Growing old together ain’t that bad, seeing you develop backaches after too many long hours assisting in the operating theatre does make my heart ache. But at the same time, I’m grateful to be next to you experiencing all these small little firsts. They may not all be pleasant, but they are all special because we have each other.
