Moose is on his way to a rescue that specializes in re-homing his breed (German Shorthaired Pointers) A fellow Aussie (thank you Monica) who saw my post spent hours tracking down a suitable solution, as did we. The situation here is awful. All shelters overflowing so people are dumping dogs. Please never walk past a dog that needs you.
