Kyle Krieger Instagram – 17 years sober today ✨ I recently spent a weekend in Miami where (17 years ago) I used drugs and alcohol and eventually lost almost everything dear to me, including my life. It was a bittersweet feeling to be back last month. (Also very hot) It brought back a lots of challenging memories to process — and at the same time — it felt very freeing. Now, at 17 years sober I can happily say I am living a life beyond my wildest dreams. I’m lucky enough to have family relationships that I cherish, friendships that challenge me & hold me accountable, a special man whom I love and makes me want to be a better human, a passion and sense of fulfilment for/from my work — a complete new lease on life.
