Lil Rel Howery Instagram – Please keep my family in your prayers. We just lost another big piece to my amazing family puzzle Aunt Joan Hatch. Aunt Joan and Aunt Joyce were twins born on January 1st Joan and Joyce were born on New Year’s Day in 1948. They were the first Black twins born in the year 1948 and the first Black children born in Chicago in the year 1948. Their births made the newspapers and everything. To me Aunt Joan has always been one of the coolest people in the world to me. Since I was a little kid and as far as my memory goes I’ve always loved how she delivered a message to me or even check me lol. It wasn’t soft it was chill and it wasn’t mean it was assertive because she was a boss. Some of the dopest outfits I ever wore as a kid me and my brothers came from Aunt Joan lol. Life going to Life and Lost is consistent. This hurts because of the impact my village had on me, my brothers and my cousins. Thankful our kids get a little piece of that village that raised us. Praying for Aunt Anna, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Marshall and Aunt Josephine. That sibling bond is strong. Especially in this family. God is always so good.
