Lil Rel Howery Instagram – People lately when they see me can’t wait to comment on how I look then ask me what I’m doing but before that try to take some guesses some are really crazy and some are just weird lol. But when I actually tell them they usually make a face of yeah right lol. So when I say this has been a journey since 2018 that resulted in consistency in these areas for “Me”… 1. I love to workout every single day: Not a gym rat just love the stuff I decided to put in my home. I give the most credit to Peloton and Mayweather fitness and boxing. By doing that made me consistently start at home and eventually working with my trainer for a few years @sloanmytrainer met him at the Mayweather gym. 2. Therapy: When I tell you this has been one of my favorite most eye opening processes it really is. The trauma, guilt, pain, and even dope shit I had to face head on because of therapy has been a beautiful thing for me. So needed and really really works if you’re going to be open and really honest. 3. Not necessarily eating crazy healthier but not doing too much and eating really bad. Living in LA makes this a very easy process honestly because of the healthier options and portions here. But not depressed eating is a real thing. Eating with nutrition intention. 4. Pure Happiness. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Life isn’t perfect at all like not at all between a pandemic and strikes our business has taken crazy hits and it’s a lot of people hurting in so many ways that includes me too. But I’m so happy in my personal life and career no matter what. I’m still living a blessed life. 5. Lastly and this honestly is number 1 my amazing ever growing consistent beautiful loving faithful relationship with God. My faith is everything I feel like I’m the wealthiest man on the planet in faith. My discernment is on 1,000,000 like for real. The way God has been speaking to me in all areas of my life has been beautiful. I even when I think I’m right and God checks me. That’s how tuned in I am. People love to hear a good evil story about how things is happening beautiful in your life but when you say it’s my faith in God that’s been delivering really bothers people or seem unbelievable.
