Matt Preston Instagram – Prep in full swing for the “Friends of Jim” dinner at the @hotelsorrento_ to raise funds for @bowelcanceraustralia and remember Jim Calombaris who passed this year – a beautiful human who we all loved. @kirstentibballs on dessert, @garymehigan on ravioli, @gcalombaris on beef main, @chefcandyb on everything else. Me, I’ve come up with a bottom of the Greek salad bowl martini and an Aussie sweet and sour pork meatball to reference two of Jim’s favourite dishes.
