From the cool elegance of @ropewalksl where we slipped arrack sours and compared Ceylon with Halmilla to one of the oldest bars in 🇱🇰 @sydneyhotelgalle where owner Yoshan took us thru an introduction to Navy Seal, Double Distilled, Old Arrack and Extra Special. Note my occasional moments of introspection at this whisky like distillation of palm flower juice. PS we also searched for the best banana I ever tasted at the old Dutch Fruit Market – and did much frog-kissing before I found was reacquainted with my perfect banana prince!!
