I could go on and on about what kind of woman she is, what kind of soul, what she embodies and it still wouldn’t do her justice.
So I am attaching her words, what she wanted for her birthday. (She got more, but this was her wish).
Frida: Each year brings new depths of self-discovery and a fresh appreciation for all that surrounds me. I’m on a quest to become the person I’m meant to be in this lifetime. I’m giving thanks to my husband, my families, soul fam, all of my teachers, the medicine ways, the higher councils, my ancestors, the ancestral homelands of Munsee-Lenape & Canarsie land that I reside upon and the land spirits & ancestors of these lands, and giving acknowledgment to my own ancestral homelands, Sweden.
Yet, amidst this personal growth, I can’t ignore the pain and suffering in the world. My heart aches for those without clean water, without food for their children, and for the victims of war. In times of great change & confusion, I turn to the powerful technology of prayer.
Today, I ask for your prayers. I ask that we come together in a spirit of unity and compassion, sending out intentions for global peace and harmony.
