Philip DeFranco Instagram – Quarterly Health Update ❤️🎉
It’s been about 2 years since I started taking my health seriously. It’s been a long process and Im not done yet, but to all the people in my circle and yall online that gave me advice and cheered me on well before I had progress photos to post thank you.
A lot of it has come down to healthier food choices and hikes at first but I’ve also recently simplified my workouts largely to what my friends and I call the #Daily100. We send each other texts to make sure we’re staying on schedule. I’m only on Day 12 of that but it’s felt great and easier to keep up with knowing I’m not doing it alone.
100 pushups
100 crunches
100 squats
2-3 minutes of planks
On “Bonus Days” where Im able to steal away the time I do an 8 mile hike/jog for cardio/mental health/listening to audio books 😅
