Pierre Abena Instagram – You might be feeling like it’s time to get serious with your health and fitness, so I wanted to share some motivation with you to start the week! No more excuses, your body needs you to take care of it! Let’s make the commitment to be more disciplined with food intake and workouts! 💪🏽 I always recommend 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week, plus resistance training. Today is chest day for me, so below I will share some of the exercises from my workout and you can do them too!
• 45 min cardio (elliptical machine)
• Flat bench press for middle chest
• Incline bench press for upper chest
• Chest dips for lower chest
• Chest fly for all pectoral muscles
• Push ups for all pectoral muscles
You can do each exercise 10-12 repetitions, for 4 sets! Even if you only have 20 minutes to workout today, it’s better than nothing! The effort will pay off! 🦾✨
