Had to go experimental on this one. This Spider-Man comic is the slickest comic I have ever had the non-pleasure to draw on. I honestly don’t know why Marvel printed these. It is not meant to be drawn on. The paper doesn’t like ink whatsoever. Nothing absorbs so it’s very difficult to make any line on this thing with regular tools. So I had to whip out some sharpies and posca paint pens and try anything to make it work. Much different than my normal sketches but turned out ok. Flip through the pics, I had to wipe away my initial attempt to lay down ink with a brush since it wasn’t sticking to the paper at all. So it left a weird ghost sketch which I drew over with sharpies. Kinda fun but mind numbing since it was like learning to draw all over again! Sometimes commissions keep me on my toes! @c2e2
