Saransh Goila Instagram – Which is your favourite Mogu Mogu flavour? Mine is litchi followed by Mangoo!! Waise toh Mogu Mogu had chewy coconut jelly made with fermented coconut (nata de Coco) but we made it with fresh coconut and added amchur to it for a tang!! Oh so delishaaas

Mango Mogu Mogu

Cut 2 Ripe mangoes
Add to a blender
1/2 Raw mango, chopped
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
A pinch of Salt
2-3 tbsp Sugar
2 cup Water
Blend into a smooth paste
Strain the mixture
Look at that 😮‍💨🤤

1 Coconut water
1 tsp Aamchur powder
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Agar agar powder
Mix everything well
& bring to a light simmer
Pour into desired tray
& set in the fridge for 1/2 hour
Cut the coconut jelly as desired
Put it into the mogu mogu base
Mix well
Look at that 😮‍💨🤤
Serve cold
