Home Actor Sasha Velour HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers May 2024 Sasha Velour Instagram - Wearing @christopherjohnrogers, @misho_designs jewelry, and custom dyed hair by @johnnovotny for the @glaad awards last night. (Studio photos by @mettieostrowski) I was nominated for “Outstanding Live TV Journalism – Segment or Special” for my appearance on Good Morning America last year about the drag ban. I also presented the award for “Best Reality Program” with my We’re Here sisters and the brilliant @brotherjones_ who spoke about the need for lawmakers to focus on stopping actual violence and injustice instead of targeting the LGBTQ community. As a final note, I was moved by the protesters outside and inside to investigate the partnership between GLAAD and the Anti-Defamation League. Although the ADL has helped track anti LGBTQ hate across the country, they have destroyed their own credibility by consistently labeling human rights advocacy for P@ lestine as antisemitism, vilifying protestors, and working to suppress all activism for G @ za. The actions of ADL are not consistent with our standards for justice as a queer community, and I urge institutions like GLAAD to publicly suspend all future work with them and support queer Palestinians. None of us will have liberation until all of us do. Getty photos @taylorehill and Kristina Bumphrey

Thank you @johnnieinstagram @thestevewarren for this opportunity.
Sasha Velour Instagram – So proud of my drag daughter Veronica Paige @veronica.p679. Watch her INCREDIBLE performance of @brandicarlile’s song “The Story” now on @HBO/@streamonmax @werehere. (And swipe through here for process pics). All our drag kids NAILED IT!!!

Since we filmed, Norm has been promoted to the Executive Director of @nourishfoodbank, Middle Tennessee’s largest direct service food bank. She also created a year round advocacy organization called @rucopride that will stand up for drag and all queer and trans people. Follow her and learn how to stay involved.
