Thank you for showing me what’s it’s like to have unconditional love and support. For as long as I can remember you told me that I was meant to be great. You taught me to never give up through your own grind. From being the first in your family to go to college, To earning your masters degree, opening your own restaurant, being a leader in all of your corporate jobs. When things didn’t work out and you had to start from ground zero and rebuilding again not making any excuses. All while being a single mother in Kansas City. You supported my dream before I even knew what it was. When I was down on my self you would say what is your name and make me say that shit with my chest! Then you would say that’s right, That’s my son.
