Outside of the polarity and labelling by the mind, there is peace.
There is space in the mind (actually when we are out of it😜) to be truly present. To reveal our true self. To be truly right here, right now.
It is a daily, moment by moment, second by second journey, but there is no journey ever more rewarded, than the peace of just being, and discovering the true Self. I ask myself, what am I thinking right now? And who is that ‘I’ that is asking.
Who is that ‘I’? When drop the thoughts, and then we can settle in that field – that field of peace.
Where there is, no ‘I’.
