How many times have there been when we have helped another or offered an act of kindness but then attacked them in our mind / or in person when the help or the act has not been graciously received, or without some clear or demonstrated impression.
Perhaps the other person has even seemingly denied our kindness or forgiveness or help! 😮
We will then so often jump to conclusions, and jump to attack them – “well I was being such a nice person blah blah”. But it seems to go completely unseen / unacknowledged.
Ask yourself – what was the desired outcome?
Were you doing it FOR that thanks?
I love asking this… What if we did it from a place of Love where – as we give, we receive?
Every other person is a reflection of our own mind. So as we give to another, we give to ourselves. (That included every thought we have about another too! 😅😁)
Our gifts of peace, kindness and acceptance are given to US as we give them to another. So do not then rip them away when the other does not respond as we would have liked.

Each gift is received into the One Mind! Our One Self that unites us all.
So as we give, we receive.
So I’m going to be practicing this through my waking day – that each act of kindness, of compassion and thanks -is always received! Whether or not it is acknowledged. When we know deeply in our heart ❤️ that we gave, from truth, we receive this blessing to our very Self.
Each act towards another, is an act towards our self. Love and blessings 🐬✨🙏
