Veronica Green Instagram – As many of you know, I’m very passionate about encouraging others to talk openly about their mental health & any struggles they might be having, as this is what helped me most when I opened up about my own mental health problems after COVID-19.
Therefore, I’m delighted to announce I am working with @LundbeckUK, to co-host the Life on My Terms – Art Exhibition & Auction on Thursday 16th May during #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. In partnership with art and mental wellbeing charity @studioupstairs, the event will showcase pieces from artists with lived experience of a mental health condition who use art therapy to live their lives on their own terms. The aim is to bring attention to the importance of communicating both symptoms and feelings around mental health and inspire people to start meaningful conversations about living with a mental health condition to help them get the support they need. The pieces will be available to purchase via an auction and all proceeds will go to Studio Upstairs.
