Yanis Marshall Instagram – I’m honestly still on such a high from last night. Where to even begin? All I can say is that, I was 100% exactly where I was supposed to be. I sang, I danced, I cried, I laughed… it was a surreal magical moment. Historic actually. Celebrating 4decades of Madonna. I was surrounded by people who have the same respect, love and admiration for this woman, I actually felt normal for once. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I was born a Madonna fan and I wouldn’t be who I am without her. This woman has shaped who I am. I’m forever thankful and grateful for her. If it’s not about Madonna I don’t care.
And to finish, the fact that this was in Rio, my all time favourite city just made it even more special to me. This is my twelfth time here in Brazil!!!! but something tells me that that’s the trip I’ll remember the most. I mean the entire city was on a Madonna high, it was like living in a dream!!!! literally as soon as I landed at the airport they were already playing her music, in the streets in the taxi, it’s like everything and everywhere was about celebrating the queen. As it should fucking be!!!!
