Such a joy to celebrate one of ma besties incredible books: WEIRDO by @sara.pascoe tonight @southbankcentre – I even got to read hilarious passages from it to our lovely audience. Please get this book if you haven’t already. It’s Sara’s first fictional novel and you’ll just fall in love with all of the characters and feel seen and laugh out loud and be touched in all the right ways at the same time. I flew through it and was sad when I had to say goodbye to the story. Her writing is so stunning and funny yet punches you in the gut with the stories of perfectly observed people. #aislingsbookclub
