Akshya Digital Diaries Instagram – I have made my breakfast and its one of a healthy breakfast which I dont like much but its healthy yet very light because it has Semolina and curd & only few drops of oil. You can have it with Coconut chutney or even tomato ketchup! 🍅

Recipe:
• Take 2-3 cups of Semolina that is sooji , add 1 big spoon curd.
•Add water & salt accordingly.
• Mix more & more vegetables like carrot, peas, tomato, onions, chilly & coriander.

Now take some oil , drop few drops in the pan with pinch of mustard seeds.
Now pour the batter and let it steam.
Once its ready. You can have it. 🧡
