Alexis Ren Instagram – Mastering anything requires a willingness to be the fool. It is equal parts terrifying and exhilarating to try something new. Too much comfort, and we start sleepwalking through life. We lose our sense of wonder. If I confine myself to a handful of roles, I’m shaving down pieces of myself to fit into an ideology. To always be a new student of life means to surprise ourselves and grow a sense of confidence that we really can do anything. We will always be masters and students simultaneously for the rest of our lives.
