Ali Bastian Instagram – If the last couple of years have given us anything, it’s a much stronger sense of home. Before Isla and the pandemic, D and I led such gypsy lives as actors, dropping everything at a moments notice to travel and chase the dream. We still love our craft but every decision goes through a different filter now. We see home in a new precious light. We have had to find new ways to live and work creatively from home 💫 I think as actors, D and I have never lost our sense of play and wish to nurture that in Isla too. To play, to explore, to create.. Dreaming of sunny summer days in our little garden. Ali Bastian Instagram – I turned 40 last month and even though I try not to put too much pressure on myself in terms of ‘new year, new me!?’ It has felt like a bit of a watershed moment and a time to take a ‘life inventory’, feeling into where I am now and where I am heading. I woke up on the morning of my birthday with a realisation that I had not really been prioritising myself, my health or well-being – becoming a new mum, I do wonder how possible that actually ever really is!? I have decided to take some steps to change that! Starting with my hormonal health as I’m starting to realise that is the basis for EVERYTHING!
