Amanda Lamb Instagram – Took myself off for a little explore of Richmond’s new holistic wellness centre @koyo_wellness – what a beautiful space… their sole purpose is to make you feel incredible.. and you do.. from the moment you walk through their doors… so many things to try from Infra Red Saunas, Cryotherapy Chamber, Ice Baths, Assisted Stretching… my favourite was the Cryotherapy.. -87 was the coldest temperature I’ve ever experienced (except a dodgy flat I lived in in Putney once) I felt euphoric when I emerged… it’s hard to describe so best you try it out .. head over to their page as they have lots of offers to try it for yourself… Thank you David for showing me your beautiful space..
