I feel that we’ve forgotten the value of learning from those that came before us. There is so much wisdom to be gained from listening to people who have been there and done that, and doing so will probably save you some time and tears!
We work best when there is an exchange of knowledge and perspective between generations. New ideas informed by the wisdom of experience is a powerful combination 💡
