1. Stop saying yes to absolutely everything because you’re worried that you will miss out.
It was simply divide your attention and you will not be focused on your goals. Master of the ability to tell people when you’re at capacity, or say “not right now” or simply say no.
2. Stop overthinking.
Stop worrying about what people think of you stop worrying about how people respond to your social media stop worrying about the proposal you’re procrastinating putting together. Just do it.
3. Finally don’t give up.
It is a lot harder than social media makes out it is. Yes you need to make sacrifices but when things aren’t going your way, don’t assume it means you’re not good or others are better. It just means it’s going to take longer.
