Amy Davidson Instagram – I rewrote this caption in my head a few times yesterday, and to be honest, my thoughts are still jumbled… What @yasbeckamy has created with the @johnritterfoundation and the work they are doing for aortic awareness is mind blowing. The lives the foundation is saving and the family units they are helping to stay intact is nothing short of extraordinary…And still, John is not here. John’s death was the catalyst for a foundation that continues to educate people and bring to light aorta health and awareness. John’s death has saved so many lives…Aortic dissections do NOT have to be a death sentence. 🙌🏻 But for John, it was… And if he knew the impact he would be making now, I truly believe he wouldn’t have had it any other way. Such bitter sweet feelings. So many emotions. The gala and silent auction raised so much money for the John Ritter foundation!! 👏🏻👏🏻 It was an honor to be on the auction committee amongst the amazing group of dedicated humans. Thank you, Meredith, Amy and Jenn! Cheers to continuing to raise awareness and lots and lots of donations!!💜💜💜 I love you, John.
