We flew with easyJet from Gatwick. It’s the quickest door to door way for us! We got the 8.15am flight and arrived at the Disneyland Hotel for midday. We always take our @stokkebaby yoyo with us and I pay for a large hand luggage bag so I can take it onboard. I know lots of people will say oh I just chance it but if the flight had sold out of overhead luggage allowance I wouldn’t want to be without my pram! 45 minute flight out and 35 home! Easy! Stanley slept both ways which was a bonus. We pre booked a transfer to the hotel which was 30 minutes.

Theme:I looked on Pinterest and sent @everylastdetail_x a reeeally long voice note and as always they delivered!!! Even down to themed waters, biscuits from @thecupcakecollectionx , dog bowls instead of plates and little bone name tags 🥲. Roll on my UK hen do!!
Food: I got pizzas for the adults, lots of different cans of drink and my Nan brought some cupcakes 🤣 For the babies I just went online and ordered so so many @kiddyliciousuk snacks. Felt this was the best zero waste option as now our cupboard is stocked with the ones we didn’t use!! My mum also did a tray of sandwiches and a tray of chicken dippers and sausages.
Activities: We used two local family run companies, @rentyoureventsussex for the bluey soft play and DSH Leisure for the bouncy castle. I had DSH castles my whole childhood so really special that we can now use them for Stanley!! We also had @one_stop_partyshop come along with Bluey herself! I tried to book the full 2 hour party but they recommended that we just did 30 mins and it was fab! Games, singing and dancing and a meet and greet! I also used to do panto with Blueys party assistant so it really was the most Worthing party you can get 🤣
Cake: We used @kellyscakes_ We had white chocolate and raspberry (Stanley’s faves) and it was sooo good! Also very reasonably priced and I finally managed to order a cake for the size of the guest list and not for the feeding of the 5000!!
Outfit: @indielledesigns 💙 my go to for seasonal clothing!
Party Boxes: I had seen adopt a floppy on Pinterest so asked @my1styears if we could do a bulk order of the bunnies, they took it extra and gifted everyone a personalised denim jacket 😢 I also bought a box of bubble wands off Amazon and each child got a little book too! (Little libraries, also from Amazon!) (m1y also gave me a discount code which is AMYHART10 xx)

This Episode Of Bluey Is Called Stanley’s First Birthday 🎂 💙🩵 The best time for my little boys first birthday 🎁
Theme:I looked on Pinterest and sent @everylastdetail_x a reeeally long voice note and as always they delivered!!! Even down to themed waters, biscuits from @thecupcakecollectionx , dog bowls instead of plates and little bone name tags 🥲. Roll on my UK hen do!!
Food: I got pizzas for the adults, lots of different cans of drink and my Nan brought some cupcakes 🤣 For the babies I just went online and ordered so so many @kiddyliciousuk snacks. Felt this was the best zero waste option as now our cupboard is stocked with the ones we didn’t use!! My mum also did a tray of sandwiches and a tray of chicken dippers and sausages.
Activities: We used two local family run companies, @rentyoureventsussex for the bluey soft play and DSH Leisure for the bouncy castle. I had DSH castles my whole childhood so really special that we can now use them for Stanley!! We also had @one_stop_partyshop come along with Bluey herself! I tried to book the full 2 hour party but they recommended that we just did 30 mins and it was fab! Games, singing and dancing and a meet and greet! I also used to do panto with Blueys party assistant so it really was the most Worthing party you can get 🤣
Cake: We used @kellyscakes_ We had white chocolate and raspberry (Stanley’s faves) and it was sooo good! Also very reasonably priced and I finally managed to order a cake for the size of the guest list and not for the feeding of the 5000!!
Outfit: @indielledesigns 💙 my go to for seasonal clothing!
Party Boxes: I had seen adopt a floppy on Pinterest so asked @my1styears if we could do a bulk order of the bunnies, they took it extra and gifted everyone a personalised denim jacket 😢 I also bought a box of bubble wands off Amazon and each child got a little book too! (Little libraries, also from Amazon!) (m1y also gave me a discount code which is AMYHART10 xx)
