I got to have a great beer at Chaotic Good Brewery in Kasson. Minnesota is home to many incredible breweries that create good jobs and add character to communities and neighborhoods across the state.

MN National Guardsman James Rogers served our country overseas and right here at home. His life was cut short in a Blackhawk helicopter crash. I joined his family and friends and Rep. Fischbach at a ceremony to rename the Winsted Post Office to honor that service and sacrifice to our country.

Life Link III is a hospital run non-profit that provides life-saving air ambulance care in underserved areas across rural Minnesota. I stopped by their airbase in Willmar to see how they will utilize federal funds to expand their reach. Thanks to our first responders for their good work.

I went to Doosan Bobcat in Litchfield to see their newly expanded facility and hear about their work creating attachments for mowers and grappling equipment. Manufacturing helps drive our state’s economy, and I’m working to keep it that way.
More momentum in our fight to bring down the cost of prescription drugs. Big Pharma is doing everything they can to keep prices high, including fighting our new law in the courts, but we are winning.
