Just grab a step and some weights – dumbbells or kettlebells and you’re set for a killer finisher that’ll leave your legs wobbling all the way home! 💪🏻

Deets 👉🏻Try x10-23 reps per leg, each 3 way movement = 1 rep.
Then drop the weights and do x10-12 super slow deep step ups per leg to finish. 🙃
