A saying I used a lot as an Olympic athlete was to “Think outside the box” 📦, well here’s a quick and effective whole-body workout you can do in just 20 minutes, even if the only piece of equipment free is a leg extension/leg curl machine!
1️⃣ Leg extension
2️⃣ Leg curl
3️⃣ Glute leg raises
4️⃣ Press ups
5️⃣ Knee drive and hold
6️⃣ Knee to elbow crunch
7️⃣ Tricep dips
👉🏻Aim for 3-4 rounds, 10 reps each, with minimal rest between exercises. Let’s make every minute count!
