It’s my birthday 🎉 so I’m allowed to be corny and reflect for just a second OKAY! Here are some random memories from 34. Honestly, 34 might have been my best year yet. I feel like I finally found my groove with my mental health. I also had a lot of fun!!! I have been checking some things off the ole bucket list: at 34 I finally did stand up comedy for the first time (I rate it a 6/10, it was so scary but worth it) I started volunteering for NAMI and now teach about mental health in classrooms (been wanting to do this forever), I took some road trips, did outdoor rock climbing, camped in the Rocky Mountains, crossed off some national parks. Oh and I can do pull-ups now! For 35 I finally want to run a half marathon, mayyyybe do stand up again, do a handstand, and freeze my eggs 😅🤪 I haven’t always been able to say it, but I’m so happy to be here, and I want to thank everyone who has been here for me throughout the years. I love you all! 💕

I promise I won’t turn into a fulllll gym bro on ya, but it’s been so cool pushing myself and now being the STRONGEST I’ve ever been 💪🏼 I think this is the first time in my life I’ve actually been able to do pull ups and chin ups.
